How can we improve Kerio Operator?

  2. Need the Call Queue to be able to forward calls to unregistered extensions

    Feature is not applicable in the latest version 2.6.3, even though it was working and still working with the previous version.

    Once the Extension is not registered, the call queue is not considering it online and doesn't process the fallback procedure to the external numbers.

    we will need it to be applied as it was with the version 2.6.2

  3. dect

    Simple switch from a fixed to a dect/mobile on same extension (multiple record on same extension) and viceversa. On Panasonic systems I can switch from desktop phone simply by take the line on dect phone. Viceversa I can take the conversation on dect phone picking up the handset

  4. Standard LDAP authentication (not only Active Directory and Apple Open Directory)

    In a company where mostly Linux is used, it is difficult to understand that KO cannot use the LDAP server for user authentication.
    Given that KO supports AD as well as OD (which are extensions to LDAP), it is hard to understand this limitation.

    Looks like the functionality is already there - please make it accessable!

  5. Time Ranges too confusing for users

    Setting up Time Ranges for customers and customers managing Time Ranges is too confusing. Especially being able to add public holidays into the mix.

    Needs to be simplified, made user friendly. Also if possible to import and export Public Holidays via Excel spreadsheet.

    Seriously need a Dashboard upgrade.

    System Status - Informations like Disk usage, Memory Usage, CPU Usage. Total Up time for Kerio Operator. Quick restart button

    PBX Status

    Trunks up
    Extensions up
    Number of calls active
    Blacklisted IP's
    Call History
    Automatic Backups
    Software version and license details and exp date

    Live Data of active calls, which ext, call time etc.

  7. Play Voicemail to caller even if mailbox is full

    Well apparently this is where we are to post bug fixe requests now per support. Last year an update broke Kerio Operator, since the update the caller gets the message "Voicemail Box is full" BEFORE they get to hear the users away message. That is wrong on every phone system I have ever used, even if a voicemail box is full the caller should here the users away message and then the voicemail full error.

  8. Call back if Queue is Full

    If the Queue is full, Customer can either select option 1 to leave a return phone number for the system to call the customer back or continue to wait on hold for an agent. It will keep there place in the Queue

  9. "Pause" in Kerio Operator client

    Hello!
    Ability to use "pause" in Kerio Operator client.
    To dial number, than send pause (wait), then send extension number.

  10. Yealink CP920

    Can you please add auto provision support for the Yealink CP920. The CP860 is now end of life and faulty CP860 units are being replaced with CP920's

    THis should have been picked up by Kerio/GFI and already implmented. You probably need to look at the DECT phones as well they have some new models and I think some of the older ones are being discontinued.

    Can we have Kerio Operator transcribe voicemails into text in e-mails?

    A lot of cloud-based competitors and most cell phone providers offer this feature.

    it is currently seen as generic, and many settings like language and firmware update are not supported

  17. Update Vendor Phone Types

    Please update the Vendor phones types with the latest versions. EG: Yealink now have a W60B base station. T27P have a new version of T27G. You have to manual setup these phones manually.

  18. Extend ringing time on certain extensions.

    We have phones in classrooms that the teachers are unable to answer before the ringing stops and I would like to be able to extend the ringing time of these extensions.

  19. Voice mail to email AND voice mailbox

    Allow Kerio Operator to deliver to the clients voice mailbox AND to their email. Right now it appears to be one OR the other.

  20. switchboard operator receptionists

    Is it possible to create a dedicated app/webapp for the receptionists that can view and manage calls on queues and D/N services?
