How can we improve Kerio Operator?

  1. email-to-fax

    Ability to send a fax directly from email client, sending attachments as fax pages, to a virtual destination address (like operator-sender@company.com) typying the destination number in the subject field.
    This is just how I manage fax delivery now with another product.....

    Thanks for the idea! This is on our backlog, but not something we plan to deliver in the short term. This feature remains open for voting.

  3. Log call progress through auto attendant

    Currently the call history log shows the entry point for an auto attendant as the to number for a call. We would like to be able to see where a call exists as our auto attendant directs calls to queues, external numbers and other extensions. Seeing the exit point would be helpful for tracking how many callers ended up being directed to external numbers in particular.

    Ideally it would be good to see all the selections a caller makes through the auto attendant. This would help to see if callers are confused or if the most often selected options are…

  5. ¨Full implementation of G.729 codec.

    I think many users of Operator will have no problem with pay for some "add-on" or something like this. Is the reason why G.729 is not fully supported due to payed licence, please?

  8. Kerio Softphone Transfer

    The new Kerio Operator Softphone has great call quality, but is missing the option to transfer calls. Please add this feature would be a huge benefit.

    You may test Operator 2.4.0 in Hyper- V. We have not done extensive testing but we believe the new kernel in 2.4 should improve the compatibility with Hyper-V.

    Starting with Operator 2.4.0, it’s possible to upload the individual messages (Greeting-name, Busy message, Unavailable message, Temporary greeting) via the Operator’s web client interface. The same options will be added to the administration interface in 2.5 or in some later 2.4.X version.

  14. The Operator web client should look up numbers from an LDAP address book (Kerio Connect).

    There is no central phone book, so numbers in the calls list in Kerio Operator client only shows numbers and does no resolving to names. Operator should lookup numbers in a central LDAP address book (i.e. from Connect).

    We just switched from sipgate team and having to look up numbers when out of office through the web interface is a quite some work to know who called.

  15. MIssed calls notification to email

    I am using Voice menus with redirecting to queues. I dont want to hold the users on the queue for a long time, so the queue hangs up after 3 mins of waiting with "thank you, we will call you back" message. But how can I know about missed/unanswered call? How about sending the notification to email about missed/unanswered call? I dont want to use the voicemail.

  17. recurring time ranges for public holidays ( for example )

    The possibility to edit recurring time ranges for public holidays for example. I can use "absolute" in "time settings" but in this case i have to modify each public holiday, every year ? Is it possible to plan to add a special feature for a next release ?

    It's a time consuming and really boring task to do every year to change the date of public holidays

  20. Route Based on Incoming Caller ID

    Feature idea: Routing based on incoming Caller ID. If 555-1212 calls, send the call directly to Ext. 123, for example. Skipping the AA, etc.
