MIssed calls notification to email
I am using Voice menus with redirecting to queues. I dont want to hold the users on the queue for a long time, so the queue hangs up after 3 mins of waiting with "thank you, we will call you back" message. But how can I know about missed/unanswered call? How about sending the notification to email about missed/unanswered call? I dont want to use the voicemail.
