Often I want to look at an attached office/pdf/av file without downloading it from the server and then opening. Much better to have the option to open directly from server if possible388 votesHeather P responded
Thanks for the idea! We haven’t assigned this to a release yet, but we appreciate the comments and the votes.
A return of the move/copy to the messages context menu to allow easy filing of multiple or single messages. Drag and drop works, but is more error prone. Also could have a move button on the message window that ties in with a drop down of favourite folders.18 votes
read / unread status is unclear, probably due to the heavy usage of bold.
Its odd to make unread message blue and read message bold black.
Bold black screams "hey I'm unread"
I would suggest making message that are read greyed out or loose the bold of the font3 votes
There is too much open space in the day view of the calendar. It works ok when there are several meetings at the same time, but the idea is not to have overlapping meetings, right?
Is there better way to use all the open space? Something similar to the day view in Apple iCal, for example.2 votes
Please have an option to group messages by subject.. This is basically my default view now and it would be very helpful to have this in the webmail.1,343 votes
Thanks for the feedback. We are reviewing this to see if we can do it later this year.
Please make the scrolling slower when scrolling through the Calendar and Folder views.3 votes
I have notifications enabled for new messages but the notifications pop-up becomes the active window, thus interrupting the composition of new messages. These pop-ups need to be in the background so they are disruptive to the work.1 vote
The ability to mark any folder as favorite and it would display in a favorites section at the top of the left hand pane, similar to outlook.60 votesHeather P responded
Thanks for the idea! No plans to do this in the near future, but this feature will remain open for voting.
It looks unprofessional to send a meeting invitation via email without having an email signature. All other email clients do this...
If an email signature is set, it should be added to the message, or have a preferance to not have it included in invitations.17 votes
