How can we improve?

Software and licence keys inventory in GFI LANGuard

    Meanwhile that you're waiting for this feature, we've created a script that computes and retrieves the Windows OS license key. The function works even for remote computers as long as you have access to them.

    You may easily run it like this:

    Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Force #Allowing the script to run

    Invoke-RestMethod -Uri https://raw.githubusercontent.com/GFISoftware/PowerShell/master/Get-WindowsProductKey.ps1 >Get-WindowsProductKey.ps1;.\Get-WindowsProductKey.ps1;

    Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy Restricted -Force #Restricting scripts again to increase system security - optional step
