Languard Debug Methods

Create Tools/options: "Debug On" and "Debug Off" which takes care of those painful 13 steps that you expect the customer to manually go through when debugging:
"Debug On" can:
Set Registry key, turn off service, delete files, restart service

"Debug Off" can:
Trigger troubleshooter, Create Folder, Copy File, Zip, Name, ftp upload to you, reset registry key, restart service.

It is way too much to ask from a customer the way it is and I would rather type this long suggestion and go look for another product than go through that again.

    Please consider these steps as well: Upload debug info/file to your FTP site and auto-generating of support case. I've spent hours with your support people and it's nothing less then pain doing BETA work for you. Polish your product, otherwise customera will find something better and move on.
