Enable Seaching for 3rd level domains in MarcImportExport
We Love GFI archiver but, Due to being subject to public records Statutes defined in Florida GS1-SL, we need to be able to search to and from a certain email addresses. we receive emails from the Governor and other departments. I have been advised that there is no support for searching for eog.myflorida.com, deo.myflorida.com, etc This greatly impairs our ability to search and may cause us to be unable to respond to statutory requirements to provide email searches when requested
Raw queries can also be used from the MarcImportExport and all possible levels of export are possible
Raw queries should be specified for the Full Email property and use the same syntax throughout the product.

Thank you for your response Ian,
That would work if email domain was the only search variable.
I have previously read the article regarding boolean searches
We often need to specify a certain user and a time frame or other variables
This would require us to become boolean experts and may involve much troubleshooting.
I have been advised that GFI does not support creating boolean queries this could require a great amount time and delay the response to the request
I understand this query must be run from the web interface.
When I did one using the term raw: sender __contains(eog.myflorida.com) but it did not provide the ability to export to a pst file which is requirement for responding to public records requests.
This is why we use the marcimorteport tool.
