Hello Kerio improvement team!
I would like to suggest an improvement .
At the moment we can setup automatic Items clean-out for user via Admin panel as per following article:
My suggestion is to implement functionality where this could be adjusted to a single sender or conversation.
For example: we should be able to setup a rule where messages or/and all conversation received from firstname.lastname@example.org will be automatically permanently deleted without an option for recovery after set amount of time (30 days or so).
Let me know if you have any further questions.
This is more a feature you would find in an Archiving solution.
I suggest you consider a product like GFI Archiver to store older emails and here you can create such retention policies.
Debian 9 (Stretch) is out now for quiet a while.
When can we expect a VM Appliance based on a actual version of Debian??1 vote
We suggest to manually install the deb file on Debian machine of your choice.
Instructions here (identical to Debian 8):
A function as described would be nice.
We would appreciate it if kc could run specified scripts when emails with matching filter settings are incoming.
- Customer1 sends mail to stocklist@......... coming from .....@customer1......
- KC is checking the filter settings for match
- KC is executing script from specified file for this customer3 votes

Please add full support for letsencrypt certificates433 votes
GFI official position is to use purchased certificates for use with Kerio Connect and not use free Let’s Encrypt certificates, however for those wanting free Let’s Encrypt option it is possible.
As a domain admin, I would like to be able to administrate folder delegation for all my users en masse.
ie If everyone needs access to a given shared set of calendars, I don't want to have to login as each user to do it, or send out instructions to make them do it.534 votes
