How can we improve Kerio Connect?

Provide mobile webmail interface (not mini)

The webmail interface is unusable from a mobile and the "mini" interface is neither mini, nor much better. Please provide a way for users with smartphones who don't/can't use activesync to go to a webpage that provides a VERY simple interface... Just like Outlook Mobile Access (which Microsoft has reinstated because it's so necessary).

I half way agree. I don't necessarily want 'Webmail Mini', but there should be a mobile friendly interface and one that is light weight for poor connections.

I thing that there are three possible solutions:

    1) bring back Webmail Mini
    2) modify current Connect Client for mobile devices with slow connection
    3) release Android App (postal thin client) for fast looking and viewing (no downloads emails to mobile devices)

Some places have a policy of 'no data stored on the device'. Which means that setting up a IMAP/CARD/CALDAV account is out of the question. WebMail mini used to get around that issue quite nicely.

The new WebMail is useless on mobile devices.

Also, what about the old... "My battery died, can I check my email on your phone?"

An optimised web view for phones and tablets is very important. Not everyone wants their emails on their home devices all the time, but they do want to be able to check emails/calendars from time to time.

All major email services offer an optimised webmail for this reason.

I add my voice to this as well. Clients are not happy after upgrading to v9 and losing their mobile friendly access. They don't want to put the mail account on their phone. They only want to access mail through a website. Please add this back.

This is a good idea. Kerio recently removed the mini version of webmail. What they should do is create a Kerio Connect Client that is fully responsive so that it won't matter what size screen we are viewing it through.

I'm curious. Why not just configure your devices with your mail, contacts, and calendar accounts? Wouldn't that make access easier?

The minimum display resolution of 1152 x 768 is too high for many mobile device displays. Users cannot use KC on mobile devices with a 720p or lower display. Please either bring back Webmail Mini or decrease the minimum resolution so that the majority of mobile devices can use KC.

Jeden můj uživatel je takovej "zvláštní"a používá trošku starší stroje s win. XP sp2.

Budu kvůli němu nucen downgradovat server a počkat, až zase s novou aktualizací zpřístupníte mini verzi.

Zde uvádím kolegovo konfiguraci HW a SW:

    Aktuálně provozované
    Core2Duo T7250, 2GHz, 2GB RAM, XPSP2, IE6, Opera 28.0.1750.51
    Atom2Core Z520, 1.3GHz, 2GB RAM, XPSP2, IE6, Opera 28.0.1750.51
    Pentium3 single, 1.3GHz, 2GB RAM, XPSP2, IE6, Opera 28.0.1750.51

    Mobil
ARM766MHz, 384MB RAM, WinCE6.1, Pocket IE - nefunkční, Pocket Opera 9.5 build 16277 - verze mini i normální funkční, po posledním upgradu serveru nefunkční.

    Servery (pro úplnost)
    Pentim M single, 1.5GHz, 256MB RAM, XPSP2, IE6/bez prohlížeče/fileserver
Pentium4 single, 3GHz, 1GB RAM, Linux server, bez prohlížeče, Asterisk
Dualcore 2.8GHz, 4GB RAM, Linux server, bez prohlížeče, Apache, Ftp

    Konektivita
    Primární 20MBit symetricky
    Záložní 9.6kBit symetricky
    Mobilní 1.8MBit, reálně 33.6kBit

SP3 nelze nainstalovat, počítače přestanou být použivatelné. Instalace win 7&8 končí BSOD. IE 8 lze nainstalovat, ale nelze jej používat, odinstalace je možná pouze přes kompletní reinstalaci OS. IE 10 z těchto důvodů nebyl ani zkoušen. Chrome - offline instalace, jakž takž funkční, nicméně velmi pomalá a navíc stará a permanentně obtěžující s upgradem, který stejně nelze provést.

This is also important to be able use web mail on android devices (like phone) where new interface is unusable, the Webmail Mini does a great job when on phone.

On my iPhone the folder list takes up about a third of the area, there is no method of reducing this so all messages can only be seen in part. There does not appear to be a method for having a reading pane either.
The Classic view was working fine, why has it been removed? Was there any user testing of this new view?
    Please re-instate the Classic view

Mini is like having to use Windows Mobile 6... and the new webmail doesn't work fine on mobile devices. Please make a *new* version of the webmail for mobile.
Microsoft achieved a great mobile webmail with Exchange 2013, this should be your template.
