I'm been trying to renew my subscirption for over a month! I keep sending my reseller this stupid request! I've emailed all my other contacts at GFI and I also emailed your customer service link! Nobody responds! What is with you people! I need to order 100,000 pages. Not some small order.1 vote
Subscriptions start when the product is purchased.
I just tried to Login into my account to see changes to my other Feature request. That wasn't possible because of wrong credentials. So I set up a new account with the same Information and when I was logged in I could see my other Feature Request.1 vote
The login to feedback.gfi.com works and I have just personally tested it.
