How can we improve Kerio Operator?

  1. Yealink Supported Phones

    Can you please add full provisioning support for the new wave of yealink phones, they have been release for some time and still no support even older E2 aren't supported.

    Yealink T19P E2, W53P, T54S, W60P, W41P, T40G

    We have clients using these models and unable to fully provide provisioning support or firmware updates.

  2. Callback if queue full

    The ability for the caller to press option 1 when on hold and leave a phone number. This option would only kick in at a pre set time selected eg if the caller is on hold for more than X amount of min.

    When the caller reaches position 1 in the Queue the system automatically rings the customer back and places that call next in line.

    This stops callers being on hold for too long and offers better customer service

  3. Inbuilt Fail Over Functionality

    To be able to run Kerio Operator @ 2 Locations, in the event the first Kerio Operator goes down it automatically starts using the second Kerio Operator hosted at another location

  4. Add provisioning/firmware update support for recent Yealink phones

    Yealink are a great provider of VoIP phones, however Kerio seem to have become incredibly slow at providing support for new models of phones of late... For example, the Yealink T-19 "E2" model has been available for nearly 3 years and while it auto-provisions fine, we can't do firmware upgrades. In addition, all of their conference phones have been revised but no support as yet in Kerio... Come on GFI, since you took over Kerio, you've run Kerio's products into the ground somewhat.

    Can we have Kerio Operator transcribe voicemails into text in e-mails?

    A lot of cloud-based competitors and most cell phone providers offer this feature.

    Please make it possible to disable the voice announcement saying "Please hold when we are trying to find the person you are looking for" when find me is enabled on a extention.

  7. Send PDF attachment of sent fax with email notification

    Would it be possible to have an option to allow for an attachment of the PDF file that was just sent as a fax, to be attached to the email notification, that a fax was successfully sent.
    We currently get email notifications saying a fax was successfully sent, and to who, but I'd like to see a copy of the fax attached to that email, so it can be easily looked at in the future so that you know what pages were sent.

    Feature idea: Routing based on incoming Caller ID. If 555-1212 calls, send the call directly to Ext. 123, for example. Skipping the AA, etc.

  12. The Operator web client should look up numbers from an LDAP address book (Kerio Connect).

    There is no central phone book, so numbers in the calls list in Kerio Operator client only shows numbers and does no resolving to names. Operator should lookup numbers in a central LDAP address book (i.e. from Connect).

    We just switched from sipgate team and having to look up numbers when out of office through the web interface is a quite some work to know who called.

    Enable the ability to configure from web interface of Kerio Operator: language, time, extension button, ringtone, country tone, information display, backlight, etc.
    Like 3CX does

    developement provisioning for this kind of voip phones.
    it hear a bit crazy but some costumer what to have "white" phones and they choose the phone system regarding the phones and not for the voip-server !

    I also have opened an issue and support team says that is not possible now to do like that an I should post it like an Idea!

    In the Remote Storage for FTP or SFTP server there is no such option for customize ports for security reason!
    I think It have to be there like in Kerio Control!

    Ability to send a fax directly from email client, sending attachments as fax pages, to a virtual destination address (like operator-sender@company.com) typying the destination number in the subject field.
    This is just how I manage fax delivery now with another product.....

    Thanks for the idea! This is on our backlog, but not something we plan to deliver in the short term. This feature remains open for voting.

  19. Kerio Softphone Transfer via name and not just number

    I know that the transfer option has recently been added to the Kerio Softphone, but at present you can only transfer via a number, meaning you need to know the number you want to transfer to.
    We have over 100 people in the office and we don't know anyone's extension, could the transfer field work on a search and click basis as well as a number basis?

    Or instead of having to click the pulldown menu to transfer the call, use the "Find someone or enter a number..." field and have a Blind or Attend button appear when on a…

  20. ring an extension in queue also il busy in the queue

    When an extension is busy responding a call in the queue, this extension must ring for a new call so the operator can know that there are sone other call's waiting for attention.
