How can we improve Kerio Operator?

Route Based on Incoming Caller ID

Feature idea: Routing based on incoming Caller ID. If 555-1212 calls, send the call directly to Ext. 123, for example. Skipping the AA, etc.

This is a very important feature for us since we only allow calls from certain caller IDs to some numbers.

It would be "Nice" if Kerio-Blocked calls would could be optionally DROPPED or ROUTED at a global level rather than just ringing busy. No sense tying up the trunk with people that have been blocked.

Callers that do not present a "Caller-ID" should be able to be ROUTED to a specific extension that explains why they have been denied access, then drop the call.

This would be a great feature that most standard PBX manufacturers have. Can we please look at this? We run a trucking company and if we could have this ability it would cut down on many transferred calls. These could be done similar to the black list with the ability to go to a group or individual.
