How can we improve Kerio Operator?

  3. Show Caller ID when forwarding over a PRI

    Please add caller ID when forwarding over a PRI.

    Currently the roaming user sees only the caller ID of the Operator box, rather than the original caller.

  5. switch off voicemail when is line busy

    add function switch off voicemail when is line busy and give busy tone or automaticaly move call to voice mail without waiting

  6. Abandoned call reporting

    The call queue in Kerio shows the number of abandoned calls per queue. It would be nice if there was a way to download a list of abandoned calls, or automate an e-mail of this list. This way we can track how long they were in the queue, and average hold time before the call was abandoned, and potentially follow up with the abandoned callers.

  9. Working with more than one IP gateways - when you need to connect Operator to the different subnets.

    Is not possible to connect Operator Box with 5 LAN ports to the different IP subnets/networks - Operator can not save more than one network settings with active gateway.

  10. Umožnit volání na přesměrovanou linku, z linky, na kterou jsou hovory přesměrovány.

    Prosíme umožnit volání na přesměrovanou linku z linky, na kterou jsou hovory přesměrovány.

    Je logické, aby právě linka, na kterou jsou přesměrovány hovory, byla jako jediná schopna zavolat zpět na linku, ze které je přesměrování nastaveno.

    Například ředitel má linku 100 a jeho sekretářka má linku 200. Ředitel (100) přesměruje po dobu jednání všechny hovory na svou sekretářku (200) a tato má možnost rozhodnout, zda některý důležitý hovor řediteli přepojí zpět.

    Tedy příkladně pokud linka 100 přesměruje hovory na linku 200, pak jedinou oprávněnou linkou dovolat se na linku 100 je právě ta linka, na kterou jsou hovory přesměrovány, tedy…

  11. Add a separate interface wiretapping records

    Это должен быть отдельный интерфейс с доступом отдельным лицам, вход по логину и паролю, а далее меню с номерами телефонов и записями по ним, поиск и прочее.
    То что щас это может сделать только админ или изгалятся с правами доступа это не правильно, например шефу как понять что нажимать если его пустили в административную часть ?

  12. Rozšíření pravidel "oprávnění k volání" o možnost určení rozsahu konkrétních linek např. 00-99

    V současné verzi není možno povolit konkrétní rozsah linek, na které může uživatel volat, tj. například omezit volání z konkrétní linky pouze na vnitřní hovory.

    Mohu sice omezit odchozí volání přes prefix 0, ale pokud jej ve směrování odchozích hovorů nastaven nemám a volám bez prefixu přímo, pak omezení pouze na vnitřní linky nastavit nelze.

    Důvodem nepoužití odchozí nuly, je možnost využívat integrovaný seznam v mobilní softfónové aplikaci, kde by prefix 0 komplikoval vytáčení čísel z adresáře mobilního teklefonu, kde jsou čísla zaznamenána např. jako 225123123 a nikoli jako 0225123123.

  13. An option to clear call queue's

    It could be handy when everybody leaves the building after closing time that a script is checking if every dynamic extension is removed from the callqueues so that incoming call's can be redirect to a mobile number (Stemby Mobile). This is case of ICT companies or every company with 24/7 service a must.

  15. Option to Disable Leaving Message in VoiceMail

    Hi, I'd like the option so that an individual user can have their outgoing message played (eg: Busy/Unavailable), but disable the option for callers to leave a message and simply be transferred back to a specific extension.

    A case scenario might be: A business manager might have a personal assistant and perhaps if he is in a meeting, rather than an incoming call go to his voicemail/email, the call is transferred to another extension after playing the normal unavailable message... "Hi, I'm unavailable to take this call right now, please hold to be transferred to my personal assistant"... <call transfers…

  16. Send PDF attachment of sent fax with email notification

    Would it be possible to have an option to allow for an attachment of the PDF file that was just sent as a fax, to be attached to the email notification, that a fax was successfully sent.
    We currently get email notifications saying a fax was successfully sent, and to who, but I'd like to see a copy of the fax attached to that email, so it can be easily looked at in the future so that you know what pages were sent.

    we want to programming own routing scenarios and bind operator to an external database
    (MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle, ...) e.g.:
    -> Own scripting language for programming complex routing scenarios.
    -> Online phonebook with numbers from our CRM-/ERP-System. Supplement the numbers with their names.
    -> Routes telephone calls based on characteristics of the called number. The characteristics are stored in the
    CRM-/ERP-System.
    -> Writing the call-history to an table in a external database => e.g. for charging all calls from a hotel room.

    It would be nice if Kerio included built in functionality similar to Flexor and UnityDersktop for Broadworks.
    having a utility to click and drag calls to other extensions would be great.

  20. Auto delete voicemail

    Ability to set a time expiry to delete voicemails. Thus preventing system mailboxes filling up.

    Whilst we don’t support auto deleting, we do support the “Do not store the message locally” option in the voicemail configuration.
    If auto deleting is still important to you, please vote or comment.
