How can we improve Kerio Operator?

  1. Zobrazení viditelné informace, při předání zaznamenané hlasové zprávy jinému uživateli přes hlasový systém.

    Při nahrátí hlasového vzkazu se nahrávka zprávy správně označí jako volání z linky uživatele, který zprávu zanechal. Při předání hlasové zprávy jinému uživateli (lince), se taková zpráva objeví novému příjemci v hlasové schránce vč. informace který uživatel (linka) zprávu původně zanechal. Bohužel se ale nikde nezobrazuje, že hlasovou zprávu předala ve skutečnosti jiná linka resp. jiný uživatel.

    To je poměrně problém, protože vyčítavá zpráva jednoho kolegy druhému kolegovi, může náhle předáním skončit na lince nadřízeného, a tento ji vyhodnotí tak, jako by byla primárně určena jemu samotnému (nadřízenému). Zaměstnanci, který zanechal zprávu původně jen svému kolegovi, tak začínají horké chvilky…

  2. Call queue administrator

    A feature to designate a user(s) as "Call Queue administrator" would be very useful.

    The "Call Queue administrator" would be able only to view call queue status and add/remove users from queues.

    The Call queue admin would have no other access to the admin console pages.

    I suggest the feature is added as an option in Edit User > Advanced, as shown in the attached image.

  3. Need the Call Queue to be able to forward calls to unregistered extensions

    Feature is not applicable in the latest version 2.6.3, even though it was working and still working with the previous version.

    Once the Extension is not registered, the call queue is not considering it online and doesn't process the fallback procedure to the external numbers.

    we will need it to be applied as it was with the version 2.6.2

  4. Auto Reboot

    Please add a feature to automatically reboot the server at a specific time. I would like to be able to reboot the server automatically in the middle of the night to avoid issues. I have some boxes which require reboots monthly or so, and I would rather do this proactively.

  5. Parameter FromDomain for SIP Trunk

    Parameter FromDomain for SIP Trunk:

    Some VoIP Providers needs special identification in from field. For instance GTS Czech need this form of From field: „From: sip:outgoing-number@cz.in.gtsce.com”. This parameter can be set in sip.conf (FromDomain) file of Asterix PBX, but not over GUI of Kerio Operator.
    It will be useful to change set this parameter over Kerio Operator GUI.

  6. Add SFTP back up option

    Kerio takes security very seriously, however you allow passwords to be sent over FTP and not SFTP in the backup on Remote Storage.
    Can you please add SFTP option asap.

  8. switchboard operator receptionists

    Is it possible to create a dedicated app/webapp for the receptionists that can view and manage calls on queues and D/N services?

  9. 911 Call Contraint Email Notification

    Notify when someone dials 911. This could be done with call constraints however the minimum call threshold is 1 so we we would need 2 911 calls to trigger an email to be sent. Please allow call constraints to be set to minimum 0, include details about the call such as the calling party and allow a configurable email address per call constraint.

  10. CallBack for Queue

    Idea for call center.
    It is necessary to make possibility of Call Back system for Call Queues.
    In the section "Call Queues", on the General tab at Add/Edit Call Queue to add checkbox for Call Back.
    Algorithm:
    person calls on queue number->queue drop the call->Kerio Operator calls back to the person->Kerio Operator puts the person in queue

  11. Fat\PC Client Install for Operator vs Web Access with Chat

    We are currently a 3CX reseller\partner, and the one huge thing that Operator is missing that 3CX has is a Windows based fat client that has chat, presence, and conference call scheduling capability, with call status per person. Right clicking on the the person for options such as transferring calls for a receptionist, transferring straight to a cell phone, conferencing in someone, intercoming them, etc.

    Preferred/used/allowed codecs, silence suppresion on/off, more options in this SIP settings.

  13. Automatic Dial Plan (prefix) change for Phones

    When i am using the prefix in my call routing, for example i have 2 call routes one with prefix 96 and one with 97, then i have to manually change the Dial Plan for my phone (Cisco SPA520G) and add the following prefix: <:96>[0]x.|*[0-9*#].| or <:97>[0]x.|*[0-9*#].|
    I can add this in the config file for provisioned phones, but it would be a lot easier to add this in the administration tool somewhere.

  14. Outbound call routing based on dialled number

    One of our clients has a GSM gateway installed. The SIM card provided allows free calls to other mobile numbers on the clients account.

    Therefore they would like to route selected destination mobile numbers via the GSM gateway. All other GSM calls should be routed via the default SIP trunk. (Unfortunately there is no common prefix pattern for the mobile numbers we want to route.)

    Currently it's not possible for Kerio to automatically route calls based on the dialled number.

  15. Phone Reboot capability for Cloud Hosted Operator

    Because of the fact "Reboot Phones" is in the Provisioned Phones screen you cannot remotely reboot a phone when Operator is in a cloud based scenario even though SIP protocol supports this.

    Please add a "Reboot Phone" option to the extensions page or provide another way to reboot this phones through operator.

    would be very handy to have a whiteboard integrated in the phone system to support the call. there are many (free) application around, but very-impossible to integrate into operatore due to the downsized linux

    Kerio Operator to be multi-tenant in the same way as Connect, so that there can be users and extensions under particular domains/realms for a service provider solution

  18. Configure/Change default OU of users in Active Directory

    It is not possible to tell Kerio Operator to look into a different OU in Active Directory to search for users. Some customers are using non-default OU for the users.

    We need to Arabic voice prompts, kerio does not have Arabic syntax in the list!. Please add it.

  20. Authenticated HTTPS Phone Provisioning

    It would be nice to be able to provision phones remotely via HTTPS with user credentials outside of the firewall instead of relying on TFTP. Polycom supports HTTPS provisioning.
