Kerio Control

How can we improve Kerio Control?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  3. User share , concurrent login in kerio control

in Mikrotik there is ability to limit access for user login
which mean i can allow amount of devices can use this (User login)
if i allows only 1 PC ,and i suppose that user is active, when other client try to use same user login the server will not allow him to access
if i allowed max 4 for (User login) , only concurrent 4 will use this User login

How can i make like that in Kerio control ?

  4. Like IP groups there should be Mac address groups for dhcp networks, to grant access on the basis of mac list

  5. Restrict a User to specific MAC address or group of MAC addresses.

This will provide the ability to restrict a user from logging in through unregistered devices at layer 2. In our setting for example, a person is allowed only to register 2 devices. However, at the present setup, though there is MAC filtering, it is not tied up to the user. So I still have to enter information on two separate sheets. We have a lot on our MAC filter list and when we delete a user, we still have to manually do so from that long list. If they could be tied together, it wil be great. Deleting a user…

  7. Scan MAC Adres

    Hello
Please implement the following versions of the MAC address scanner.
There are proposals to you, to improve and facilitate authorization MAC address that would facilitate destination MAC address of the user, that would not be writing this MAC address manually, please do the MAC address on the scanner IP, obtained administrator knows which IP address should be assigned to the user MAC address , enter the IP and clicks scan MAC address and assigns it.
I hope to understand the essence.
    Best Regards Zhandos Oralov

  8. separate permit and prevent MAC address list for each interface

in Security Settings>MAC filter. I would like to be able to define a separate permit and prevent list for each network interface. For example I have 3 network interfaces (Guest, Staff and Office). I want block certain level of staff from accessing Guest network. likewise i want to allow some of the staff to use the guest network.

In this scenario I will have a permit MAC list of all the staff devices in Staff interface, and for the guest I will have a prevent MAC list of those staff I do not allow.

It would be easier if we…

  12. Better detection of client MAC Addresses

Because we run Kerio in a routed network with Cisco Routers or Layer 3 switches, Kerio does not know the mac address of clients, as detailed in http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-control/server-configuration-kerio-control/configuring-automatic-user-login-1569.html#sect-mac (extract below)

Why Kerio Control does not know the MAC address

Kerio Control does not know the MAC address in the following cases:

You use a routed network and the computer is placed behind a router.

It would be nice either if we could somehow look into the ARP Table on the Cisco routing device (albeit with some additional config required on the Cisco side) or at least be able to refernce…

  18. Опциональное отключение arp фильтра (Kerio OS )
