How can we improve?

Required reboot warning

Some updates will force a system reboot after install completes, i.e. Windows 10 April 2018 update (to version 1803) or Windows Server 2016 update to version 1709 and LanGuard cannot stop such reboot.

It would be nice to show a warning window when such updates are selected to deployment.

In the case of automatic updates, if settings for deployment say no immediate reboots should be done, patch should not be deployed.

Such reboots come from the actual update itself, not LanGuard. Please note that Windows Anniversary updates are actual OS upgrades thus they are not to be taken lightly as they can also involve application compatibility issues and also take a considerable amount of time to complete.

Such items are treated as such major updates and listed separately in GFI LanGuard.

I understand but application can just warn the user about reboots that cannot be prevented by LanGuard settings.
