We need to have ONLY 1 report to be sent daily to email account's user contains digest from all GFI sections ( Spam / content / security ) showing why emails were been deleted or quarantined instead of single mail notification per processed email message , this will be very much more effective .
There are various reports that can be received on blocked emails and individual emails can be disabled.
You can also for spam emails enable a daily report see Quarantine Reports http://manuals.gfi.com/en/mailessentials/content/administrator/quarantine/quarantine_options.htm
If you need such a report I would suggest to enable Quarantine RSS as it offers the ability to view it from any device and offer the ability to approve emails or completely delete them.

Hello , thank you very much for your reply , what I meant for Report is digest email , ONE aggregated digest email for all deleted / quarantined emails , just one digest per user .
