Keyword Filter

The Keyword Filter has been moved to "Content Security" in the latest build which now combines MailEssentials and Content Security. The Keyword Filter should still part of MailEssentials! We have many clients who use it in MailEssentials and like that items it traps goes to Junk Mail where they can access it easily. Moving it to Content Security means users can't get at the mail without an administrator, and it means that users who only had MailEssentials LOSE A FEATURE THEY'VE HAD ALL ALONG. This is already losing you renewals as our clients are asking to switch to another product because of it. The solution is to have an option whether the Keyword Checker should be treated as a content filter or a spam filter!

    Now if only we could get GFI to sync these keyword filters between servers in a multi-server deployment. Doing double data entry sucks!

    Yes. we rely on this in our environment. Now that we have upgraded to the latest version. We have lost a feature that we have been using in the last 5 years (The ability to move keyworded spams into the junk folder). Please bring this feature back with the next release.

    This functionality has been restored in build 20120618 (SR1) due to popular demand. Sorry for removing it! :)
