How can we improve?

Mail Essentials Whitelist Analysis

Could a Whitelist Analysis feature be added to show the number of email addresses for each domain in the whitelist. This would be a good indicator if a domain should be whitelisted. I made a database linking to the Mail Essentials database to do this and it has allowed me to find many domains of customers / suppliers to whitelist.

Thanks Joe. I downloaded and will check when I have some time.

Good idea. In addition, an automatic way of removing all the individual addresses and adding the domain would save a LOT of time!

I would also like to see usage for each whitelist entry. Each time a whitelist entry passes an email, that date should be saved (last used) and a counter should be incremented (times used). This way I can rid the whitelist of stale entries and make whitelist processing more efficient.

@Jeff - With the ME service stopped, add a date column to the autowhitelist2 table and set the default value to =now() . This will let you see when entries were first added to the table.
