Error 46 Alerting
FaxMaker works great most of the time. However sometimes we get error 46 and nothing with get sent or received. To fix this we can just restart the fax services. But we have to wait for end users to alert us.
It would be great to have a way we can setup an alert for this.

I'd be interested in this as well, I'd like some sort of faxmaker alert to let me know when faxes aren't going out or coming in, or if the lines are having issues. I'd even take some SNMP monitoring if possible.
Why would they need to open a ticket, I don't believe this functionality is built in anywhere in any version of faxmaker? I asked years ago and was told I'd have to set up service/event log alerts in windows. Doesn't really do me a lot of good.
