Allow dial retries on Unknown Error

Currently if the attempted call gets an Unknown Error the call attempts immediately aborts even if the Unknown Error is caused by something like a unrecognized Busy signal. The software needs an option to allow the call to progress through the normal retry cycle if a Unknown Error is encountered.

    Either the diagnosis of the Fax Maker error is problematic or all unknown errors should be resent automatically. I waste a lot of time, manually resending documents that go through the second time without issue. When I purchased the software, I was told resending was automated which is only partially true.
