  1. Allow SNMP monitoring

    Would like to be able to plug the FM monitoring information into 3rd party monitoring tools such as Zabbix, PRGT, Solarwinds, and so on. The web tool, to be honest, isn't all that great and we never seem to find out there is a problem until the users report it. Would like the ability to monitor for line issues, faxes not being processed, not sending, any errors when being sent to the exchange server (or whatever other options there are),AD sync issues, and so on.

  2. Phone support access re-enabled

    The new way to enter support cases, is a tad troubling if we have Critical cases. We generally reach out to support in last resort to resolve critical faxing issues for our providers.

    Not having the ability to have user interaction is worrisome.

    Having to login create cases online, then monitor that for a reply is not quick response. Also being unable to reply to GFI emails is a problem as well.

    Clients/Customers prefer user interaction to know their issue is being resolved and addressed.

  3. Fix the installer

    I had several isues installing Faxmaker which could have been easily prevented if your installer would work properly.
    I could install the software without problems and got an success message, but it was impossible to configure.
    The points your installer should check bevore starting to install are the following:
    Check if Windows is blocking the exe. It will install anyway but does not work afterwards.
    Check if the user has the rights needed. Again it will install anyway but does not work
    And please give errormessages related to the errors.
    I got only Your Kex is invalid and searched only…

  4. Include additional details in FaxSendingStatus API

    Include additional fields in the API status.

    At a minimum include: CallDuration.
    It would also be nice if you would include 'WhenSent' so we know when it was actually completed vs when it was submitted to the queue.

    We need this to create our own internal billing functionality.

  5. Use Global Address Book from ODBC connection to an external database

    The ability to use ODBC connection to an external database as the source of the global address list. this would allow access to contacts in a CRM/Issue Tracking System
