How can we improve our training resource materials?

Windows 10 not able to hear the audio on the training videos

We have a customer that is having trouble hearing all training videos with Windows 10. They have tried the following browsers: Edge, IE, Chrome, Firefox. All do not have audio with the videos. Our Demo website ( works just fine, just the training videos do not ( This seems to be only on Windows 10 workstations as it works fine with Windows 7, 8, and 8.1. All browser video add ons have been updated to newest versions.

    Hi Angela,

    We did test compatibility with Windows 10 and seems to be working fine on our side. The fact problem is across all browsers might indicate it is something to a common component. Nonetheless, it could be something related to a specific setup. Can you kindly provide us with:
    1. Windows 10 build and version being used please.
    2. Details on the Add-ons you referred to as "all browser video add-ons have been updated to newest version"
    3. The courses which did not work
