There is no cirillyc mail domain support in Kerio connect.Users can't send email messages to addresses like mail@домен.рф using kerio Connect. It will be good feature. It is possible to send mails to that addresses using ponycode converter. User must convert to domail name and replace it manualy in address. It works but too difficult to user.3 votes
There are a number of conferencing tools out there, one of the most robust and most popular is Zoom (zoom.us). Their system integrates with the calendaring feature of Gmail and Office365 to schedule meetings. No matter how hard we try to circumvent this shortcoming, we cannot get Zoom to integrate with Kerio calendar. When managing multiple conference rooms in a corp environment, this is an basic and required expectation.3 votes

Many ISPs are starting to offer only SMTPS for relaying emails. Kerio Connect currently doesn’t support this protocol.
It will be useful if the on-premise solution would support the SMPTS or Kerio would provide, as paid feature, email relay as part of its new Cloud Service strategy. Especially for the renewal.150 votes
Please add full support for letsencrypt certificates486 votes
GFI official position is to use purchased certificates for use with Kerio Connect and not use free Let’s Encrypt certificates, however for those wanting free Let’s Encrypt option it is possible.
As asked by Alexaner in this post:
Are there any plans for enabling certificate based User Authentication to ActiveSync or EWS Services or even webmail with Microsoft AD based PKI Infrastructure?
I see a big benefit especially for mobile users, as they would not need to enter a windows AD password (which might be rather complex) on their mobile devices. Especially recognizing the growing number of MDM installations....9 votes
It would be nice if we could create notes in the note section, and then instead of having to copy the notes to program such as LibreOffice we could instead print the note directly from Connect.4 votes
In order to fight the everyday increasing threats, will be useful to scan inside .rar files for unwanted file types.9 votes

You have one reseller left in the UK who allegedly would sell me a support licence ( spam, activesync, antivirus and upgrades) they don’t seem to bothered to sell me this, can we reenable the online upgrade webpage which disappeared when gfi bought the company.1 vote
Thanks for reaching out and your feedback.
GFI sells strictly through its distributor/reseller network.
You can locate a partner from here: https://www.gfi.com/partners/find-a-partner
Our clients scan our networks to find out if there are any security vulnerabilities detected on our network. The results show our Email server supports outdated browsers. Currently this brings down our security scorecard/grade.
If you are able to implement this so we can setup which browsers and the version can be used to access our email, this helps us keep our users accountable to stay on the latest web browsers/security updates. In addition, we try to minimize security risks on our network.1 vote

When Users must be authenticated to send mail is enabled you override this by listing ip adresses who can send unauthenticated. like a backup email script running on a server or a scanner who sends pdf to mail...
But when you have multiple sites who connect to the mailserver you must set the wan ip in that list. So you now disabled the security for all clients in the entire site. Could you add a option so you can disable the security by sender mail adress like you can do it by IP?3 votes
I'd really love to have some more granular control over who is allowed to do what in a mailing list.
In my case, my users often ask me: "Hey Nico, can you export the entire distribution list of mailing list XYZ?"
Since, for this mailing list, it's perfectly okay for everyone to query that information any time.
So I'd love to see an option: "List members can query full member list", e.g. via sending a mail to email@example.com. They should receive an answer with the CSV file that's currently only exportable by an admin.3 votes

The link below seems to indicate that this has been completed however it does not work as the two comments explain it - and I agree. It would be a great help if you could search "from this folder and down" as opposed to "all folders".1 vote

Allow admins to remote wipe a users phone and only remove kerio email configuration not the entire phone.
Currently we have to reset the users password, log in as the user and remote wipe their connected Mobile Phones.1 vote
