Manage Public Folders from Admin Console
It's seems currently a bit counter intuitive to create public folders only from webmail when most of the time it is an admin function. It would be good to be able to do this from /admin as the built in admin user. As the built in admin user does not have a webmail interface.

+1, but also add the ability to see public folder size and count in admin webui. Best option currently is to tot up all user sizes, and subtract from store size in system health. The bulk of this site's storage is in public folders.....

I would want the ability to add/delete/rename Public Folders from the admin interface (probably in the same area as Users/Group/Alias etc) as well as assign rights.
Having to log into Webmail is a pain and also means you have to have a user in the domain with rights to edit them, which is rarely the case.
also if you deem to add an administrative user only, you cant login as admin to add a public folder. you need to have one or more of the 'normal users' to have admin rights so you can create public folders etc.
Managing (monitoring, configuring (content and permissions)) the public folders for each domain (or the global public folders, if set) from the admin interface would be best!
