    It's a very good idea!!!

my 2 cents: add also remote desktop control capacity, so this can be used to remote support (similarly to 3CX webConfernce or Wildix webConference)

    BYE!!!

If Kerio implements this, they should build their own client rather than leverage someone else's. Samepage has been utilizing Google's solution, and I think it's unwise to send customers to a competing vendor. They may choose to move everything to that vendor if they can't get what they need from Kerio.

Zarafa wants to expand the "WebApp" his "Communication & Sharing Platform" to WebRTC capabilities (Web Real-Time Communication). The user can use this protocol to communicate via a web browser via live HD video and audio together and work on content. You will need on their clients no special software or browser plug-ins, at least not for current versions of Firefox or Chrome. Within chat sessions, files - for example, presentations - and transferred screen contents are encrypted and look together.

There is a quite interesting possibility around to include real-time communication into Kerio.
the free project http://www.webrtc.org offers the opportunity to have a voice chat and real time video conferences.
There is also a free video brigde to widely used XMPP client jabber.

This would be a greate solution to integrate video and voice into Kerio.
We also encourage to base this new feature on a web interface. On client side there is only FireFox or Chrome required - MS is working include functionality into IE.

This protocol is the future standard for RTC

With the rich set of features in kerio connect and workspace and operator my users would like a one stop shop with shared data including a video chat.
For them it is complicated having to switch around diverent screens.
