The client is no longer supported. We suggest to use the Web Client found in the latest version of GFI FaxMaker.
Some of the workstations on our network show the full software list, but some just show the operating system. They appear to be set up the same, is their anything I should look for?1 vote

You can log in from accounts.gfi.com and proceed to support for filing a ticket.
