Does anybody know a workaround for this?

Maybe it's possible to combine this idea with "Multiple footers" [1], which would allow one to set a customized "none" footer for specific users.

Consider voting for Dougs idea which is actually identical but has more votes already...

    Same here...
I found the first solution to block normal SMTP services through our firewall and only leave port 587 (SMTP Submission) open, which always requires authentication, even when sending mails to internal reciepients.

I just contacted support and got the response, that SMTP always needs to accept emails for local domains without authentication.

But this does not affect SMTP Submission AND does not relate to the requested feature... Simply WHEN authentication through any of these services, it should be able to apply User Access Policies on that, neither less nor more.

I also commented on [1], that the old client showed hierarchy for all kinds of subfolders, this somehow disappeared in new WebMail - and should be brought back, of course!

    This is a MUST HAVE!
I usually don't use WebMail, only when I'm on the road...

But I use public calendars in read-only mode via ics-URL, and whenever I want to import new events in these (usually public holidays; have to be refreshed every year), I have to set up my calendar client to use this calendar as CalDAV to import ICS files - this should by possible right out of Webmail!!!

Take your time and have a look into mailserver.cfg - I'm sure you will get the position and needed changes to "real" HTML source.
(It's not updated very often, I hope?)
