Offering a column in the user list of the admin console that indicates the presence, type, and status of a mobile device would be very helpful.

Great suggestion. Statistics that only count up from when someone last clicked the "reset statistics" button aren't very useful.
The ability to specify a date range is essential for any useful analysis.
I also find it odd that the greylisting statistics exist in the greylisting setup menu, but not on the statistics page.

I'm sure there are a variety of statistics related requests here. Is it possible to pool them all together under the heading of "statistics overhaul?"

    Cheers!

Wish I had some votes left.
It would be very nice to be able to block the transmission, reception, and storage of credit card and social security numbers.
Ultimately, we'll do this in our Firewall. But I would imagine Kerio could do more within Connect itself.

I think this counts as a bug. No one in their right mind would limit an auto-reply to 128 characters by design in a modern email system. Perhaps it was confused with the mechanism used for sending SMS messages.
The good news is that you can switch back to the old webmail client and enable your auto-reply rules there.

I'm amazed this doesn't have more votes. Perhaps people don't want to know just how many items they need to trash?

So, let's say you want to purge old calendar events. It's really easy to go to the calendar list view in webmail and sort by date completed. Select, delete, GONE!
What if you want to clean out old events with recurrency? That list shows start and end dates, but those aren't adequate to the task. What's needed is the END BY info. I only want to purge recurrent events that have seen their last recurrency.

    Thanks for your consideration.

    Header example:
    X-Spam-Status: Yes, hits=4.8 required=2.4
    tests=BAYES_00: -1.665,RDNS_NONE: 0,CUSTOM_RULE_TO: 1.50,
    CUSTOM_RULE_TO: 5.00,TOTAL_SCORE: 4.835,autolearn=spam

It would be nice to be able to identify the specific rule that generated the scores for this email. I tried to use irregular scores like 4.97, but although the headers have 2 decimal places, the interface doesn't allow that.

Perhaps there can be a debug mode for custom rules that shows the user-defined name of the rule, instead of the more cryptic 'CUSTOM_RULE...'

    Thanks!

Perhaps not as automatic as you might like, just recreate the user account after the delete. Create mail rules to auto-reply and to discard all incoming messages.
I also enter a "delete by" date in the account description for reference.

    Regards.

The export doesn't include references to aliases. At this time, I don't see a way to generate a report that shows system-wide aliases (both from the alias list and those assigned per user account).
I'd love to see a report that shows every E-mail address (be it a user, group, alias, user alias, group alias, or mail list) and where that E-mail address leads (internally and forwarded externally).
There's a "check address" button on the aliases admin page that only checks the aliases on the page. It would be nice if that button could have a global functionality as well.
    Thanks!

Sawmill should be able to do this. They should have an update to handle 7.1 logs sometime soon.

This would be very helpful. The way to make this work now is a convoluted pain. I wish I had 100 votes to spend!

...and allow attachment size restrictions for said group. Gotta' stop those HR folks from sending 10MB attachments to everyone in the company!
