+3 Votes but I'd ask for an option to block the account if x number of meesages are sent in x minutes. When an account is blocked it should then send an alert.

We like this idea! Whilst not assigned to a release yet, we are looking at comments and votes for this request.

MDaemon pretty much has this feature nailed so ideally should mimic that. You can specify how long attachments are kept, delete them when the email is deleted, whitelist etc....

It would be helpful if it could also show or indicate if a user has more than one device registered. With users able to use their own devices they don't tell the IT department when they change phones. We found one user on our system with 7 phones registered!

We have been looking at this item, but do not have a date yet. Please see comments.

Tomas, the way you describe would only allow internal users to send/receive barred file types, that's only half the story. KC should allow attachments internally but also from specific external domains. With our previous mail server (FTGate) we were able to allow attachments through if from a certain e-mail address, certain external domains or if being sent to specific internal user(s). Also barred file types were excluded from outgoing mail.

This can already be done using filter rules instead of OOO.

This would be such a better idea than just allowing Outlook to create the archive file on the local system! Gets my vote!
