Brian Thomas has a partner (Vosinc) with an opportunity that fits this model as well. 3 locations with 15-users at each. Occasionally they have all-hands meetings at 1 of the 3 sites. Currently, the licensing model for NG300-25 would leave them with a segment of users who have ID/Password at their home site, but when they travel to another office, they'd be forced to use the guest network. A multi-location licensing model would alleviate this. All 45 employees could have a legitimate ID/Password at each location and allow free travel between sites in a secure manner with full access to resources like printers, file servers, etc. which would not be available to employees on the guest network.

I believe, at the moment, any advanced configuration requires SSH access along with manual edits to winroute.cfg. Also requires a command line (manual) stop/restart of Control. I don't know for sure if there's a command line method for stopping/starting just the VPN interface.

Having these advanced configuration settings in the Web UI would allow for better interoperability with devices/brands that some would consider to be "industry standard". It would also leverage existing Web UI functionality that allows an administrator to tick the "enable" box in order to start/stop the VPN interface.

The side-effect of that could be wider adoption of Kerio Control in the marketplace. Agree with Chris. Would be nice if webmail allowed a user to import a list of contacts to their "My Contacts" folder. Either by drag & drop or import of CSV or something.

One workaround I've implemented is to use a group as a member of a mailing list or you can use another mailing list as a member of a mailing list. You simply have to manually enter the email address associated with the group (or other mailing list). If I want to mail ALL users at a site I mail to a mailing list called ALL-STAFF and the members of that mailing list are the groups: sales, marketing, development, support, etc. In this way, there's no need for duplicate entries/members in the mailing list, nor in any of the groups. Rather than nesting the groups within another group, they are nested in a mailing list. This may not work for all situations, but it could work for quite a few of you. Best of luck.

In general, provide tiered admin levels.

Currently Time Ranges allows for recurring days of the week, but not days of the year (for holidays, etc.). This requires each Operator admin to manually input the company holidays each year manually, with no recurring event flag. For some partners, they manage several Operator instances for their clients and each year they need to manually enter the holiday schedule.

Please enhance the recurring event capabilities within Time Ranges to include month and day attributes.
