Some of the requests in the comments are already addressed here. For example type a number and you can filter messages received within a certain time period. Type a number and you can filter by size. You can sort by unread messages, by flag and by recipient in the sent folder. See: http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-connect/email-clients/kerio-connect-client/sorting-email-messages-in-kerio-connect-client-1204.html and http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-connect/email-clients/kerio-connect-client/searching-in-kerio-connect-client-1879.html

Pavel, that is helpful information but it doesn't seem very intuitive. I've certainly not seen many programs (none come to mind in fact) where the /only/ method to get to a feature is to hit the down arrow on the keyboard whilst a text entry field is focussed.

Thanks for the ideas and comments. We do have some ideas for mobile devices. Please comment or vote if this is important to you.

I don't agree with this, but it's very subjective.

I find Google's interface (mobile and normal) to be just as 'fruity' in terms of layout. I haven't used Yahoo on a mobile device, but I found the normal web interface lacking intuition. Hotmail looks the most 'pro' since they went to Outlook.com in my opinion, but the change makes it harder to navigate (like Yahoo).

Our business customers are all using Outlook to connect to KC anyway, or if they are on a mobile device (iPad / phone) they have the mail app on the devices setup. So this only affects our customers that need emergency / temporary access to check their mail, and the new interface is very clean for looking at new email (less so for navigating lots of folders to find old email admittedly).

Good idea! We’d like to do this, but no current short term plans to do this. Please comment or vote if this is important to you.

Absolutely. We achieve this in Exchange by granting rights over a mailbox. That doesn't make it show in OWA, but it does make it show the entire mailbox in Outlook. In KC we are using folder-sharing to try and achieve the same thing, and it's nice that it is consistent between webmail and KOC / Outlook, but it is still clumsy to administer.

It would be nice to have this as an option rather than an enforced 'feature'. E.g. a tickbox in the settings of the webmail for the user that says 'ignore reminders for past events'.

Good idea! We’d like to be able to do this, but it’s not something we will do for a while. This feature is still open for voting.

I know Zimbra Webmail does has a separate button called 'Advanced Search' alongside the search box which allows searching on everything beyond sender / subject searching. It is very useful whilst still be unobtrusive when not in use.
