The GFI MailArchiver Import Export tool automatically pauses when the queue folder exceeds it's limit

We suggest that you start connecting to the Archive via IMAP. This should be a more transparent protocol and avoid having the large files.

why not detaching the db and cleaning it up from disk?

Emails are categorized to a db by date so one can simply clean up very old databases once each quarter/year.

You can change the pattern of how databases are named

    This is possible.

Log in using a full access user so that you can view all emails and all mailboxes.

In the Archive page click on the toolbar on the "Account list" button.

This will display a list of mailboxes and the total amount of emails imported

Unfortunately that is a limitation, and you can only view for 1 particular archive store.

Did you encounter any issues with the Archive Assistant of the Outlook Connector installed?

    Hi

If you have multiple emails in the databases then these emails are different. They might be the same but they would have different information in the headers for example.

GFI MailArchiver uses Single Instance Storage so an email is only archive once in a particular database.

What version of Outlook and Exchange do you have installed?

It seems that these emails are not the same if they have different headers.

Why not use the IMAP to connect to GFI MailArchiver server from Outlook?

You don't have to install anything.

This is possible through MailInsights using the Storage Usage report.

The report can be run on a particular user and this would list the storage being used for this particular user.

You should be already allowed to limit it by defining the number of days to store, or the number of emails.

    Hi

These are possible from any search query.

Always use the Whole email as a filter when specifying the raw query and always start then with raw:
