    As a part of the Web based Monitor Console we are planning to add several other monitoring functions such as:

    Queue altering
    Service auto restarts and alerting

    I'd be interested in this as well, I'd like some sort of faxmaker alert to let me know when faxes aren't going out or coming in, or if the lines are having issues. I'd even take some SNMP monitoring if possible.

    Why would they need to open a ticket, I don't believe this functionality is built in anywhere in any version of faxmaker? I asked years ago and was told I'd have to set up service/event log alerts in windows. Doesn't really do me a lot of good.
